Fortis Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Hildreth as Executive Vice President and Chief Experience Officer.

Ms. Hildreth brings over 15 years of commercial and investment banking leadership experience and will be responsible for aligning and elevating the bank’s client and employee experience across all channels, with a focus on service excellence, process optimization, and scalable growth.
